PASTOR TONY SMITH is the founder of Victory Ministries International (VMI) of Baltimore, Maryland, which consists of The Victory Center Church, Est.1997 and The Victory Ministries International Amphitheatre, Est. 2004. He also pastors Victory at Christ Church, located on the west side of Baltimore City and The River at Revival Mission Church in South Baltimore. He is a true worshipper, not only called to pastor, but also to be a prophetic voice to the nations.

A proud native of the Baltimore City Park Heights community, Pastor Smith's ministry began with a congregation of 16 people meeting at a local high school. In just a few years, God has exploded his ministry to three local churches and an international platform, reaching thousands through the church, community outreach, and a worldwide media ministry.

Pastor Smith began his walk with Christ at Highway Christian Church under the ministry of the late Elder Thomas. He later served at a local church as Minister of Music for 12 years, working with both local and national recording artists. Since accepting the pastoral call in 1997, God has used Pastor Smith to reach those deemed unreachable with his unique style of practical teaching and powerful, dramatic preaching. Known as the modern-day Jeremiah, he delivers the unadulterated Word of God with accuracy, boldness and guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Smith is called and committed to pushing people into purpose and developing an army of leaders. He serves as Pastor, mentor, and advisor to many churches and pastors throughout the country. He is also the proud father of one son, Tony Smith, Jr.

In addition to pastoring three churches, Pastor Smith is the Founder and Executive Director of God's Excellent Disciples Christian Academy, Camp Judah, and The Victory Ministries Bible School. The message of his ministry is also delivered into homes via the “Power in Victory” broadcast aired weekly on the international WORD network, and with the widely acclaimed "Daily Dose of Victory" aired weekdays on the local FOX affiliate. Pastor Smith is also the Executive Producer and Visionary of Victory Ministries' local television broadcasts, including the popular weekly talk show, “Conversations.” Additionally, Pastor Smith is a published author of the inspirational book “Don't Quit” and the recently released “Ladies Only-Stepping Out,” a compilation of his powerful teachings designed to empower women of the Kingdom.

Most importantly, Pastor Tony Smith is a servant of the gospel. He has a burden and a commitment to restore hope, bring healing, and through Christ, bring deliverance to those of the local community and around the globe.
